All prices are calculated and presented to the client before work begins. The order is considered confirmed after acceptance of the offer and any required deposit.

GRAFFITI ORDERS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Problems arising from misuse or improper maintenance by the client
  • Natural events that damage the artworks

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Privacy

Client personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Payment

Payments are made in advance or upon completion of work, as agreed. With advance payment, work begins immediately. If the client refuses to pay, GRAFFITI ORDERS has the right to retain the work and seek compensation for expenses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from these terms or orders shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
